Cell Phone Drama

Didn't want to do this, but I've been pretty firm on the cell phone policy. I scared some students as I was walking, asked them to turn off their phone, nothing really big happened.

But then, 10 minutes before class ended, a student placed his cell on the table, poking it. He said he was checking the time, but I asked him to leave.

I feel badly, but on the other hand, I've been clear about the policy.

Ah well.
